It is about 11:00 and I just returned home from weekly ritual of playing softball. As most of you know I am baseball obsessed. i love the game. So playing softball each week is my outlet. But tonight was different. My son has been begging to come forfor 2 years to see me play. Finally tonight after begging and pleading (from me) he was allowed and I have to tell you him being there was the best thing ever. I had my best night of softball ever. i am the prototypical singles hitter , occasional double. Average defensive player. Tonight i went 7 for 8 Hit my first grand slam since being 12 years old in little league. Turned 3 double plays in the field and threw a runner out at the plate. It is probably childish but I love having someone I love watch me do whatever. It made me feel so good especially seeing how proud he was of me. Tonight his dad was the best softball player in the world and it was all because of him. M U S M

I am very happy to announce that this upcoming week we will begin filming on our Brand new Flow posing DVDs. The updated version of Bride alone and Bride and Groom. We expect these to be ready for delivery by the beginning of September. I am really excited to show off all the new poses and ideas.

I lately have been thinking of where my life and business is headed. I am one of the lucky ones. Business is still really good and prospering. We are up again for next year. Does that mean I don't worry. It is hard not to when you look around at all the other photographers and people you know who are desperately struggling. Do I just ride the wave and hope or do I do something about it. The answer is simple . In order to stay on top, you must always think like you are on the bottom and stay fresh, rejuvenate and most of all take chances on what you are sure isn't working. This doesn't mean sacraficing integrity through pricing or negotiating. It means keep clear , keep precise and most of all set a realistic goal. I know one thing for sure. I know what I want. I must now figure out how to get it. If you do that, you will get what you want. I know one thing for sure. I am going to get what i want and most of all what should be mine. It may not be today, It may not be tommorow. But be sure, I am going to get it!

Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations and thoughts. I may never reach them, But i can look up and see their beauty. Our dream are very personal, but nothing happens if you don't at first dream. Only as far as I seek can I go. Only as deep as I look can I see. Only as much as I can imagine will be. There are many things in life that will catch you by surprise, but there are very few that will capture your heart. Pursue those! In dreams and love and imagination there are no impossibilities The future belongs to those who believe Throw your heart and the rest will follow. So dream your dream and don't be afraid to try.

This was one of the best experiences ever. Back in February when vacation on Disney Cruise Line; I had the the privilege of meeting and seeing Mr. Ricky Kalmon perform. It was a wonderful experience for myself and my family. He is a motivational speaker, comedian and does the most incredible hypnosis show.
